Annamalai University Directorate of distance Education, abbreviated as AUDDE was established in 1979 in Tamil Nadu, India. Qualifying Criteria

Candidates applying for a course are required to have at least 50% marks in the last qualifying exam. The score for SC/ST candidates is 45%.

For PG courses, candidates must be a graduate in the relevant discipline.

Application fee in the form of a Demand Draft should accompany the hard copy of the filled application form. It is an offline process.

Selection is made on the basis of merit. Before admission, a counselling session is instituted. On the basis of performance in the counselling session, the allotment of seat/stream is done. In the counselling session, the candidate is required to produce original testimonials.
